President and CEO
Irv Ramirez is the President/CEO of IDR Federal. In his role as the senior executive leader, Irv plays a key role in shaping the company’s culture and vision, guiding the implementation of the strategic plan. With more than 30 years of experience in government contracting, he significantly contributes to IDR Federal’s corporate strategic growth plans. These plans encompass ongoing business development, effective business operations, and the improvement of core technology and advanced education offerings for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal customers.
Robert Dowty
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Robert Dowty serves as the Fractional CFO for IDR Federal as well as a few other local companies. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance as well as a Master’s In Accountancy. Robert has over 20 years of experience that includes CFO services for small to mid-sized companies as well as tax preparation, consulting, and strategies. Robert focuses on improving Kritērion Group’s competitive position through lean financial management.
Amy Holden
Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Amy Holden serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) for IDR Federal. She has more than a decade of experience working in Homeland Security/DoD contracting and is a multi-faceted FSO working with numerous companies to ensure security compliance with the NISPOM. As the FSO at IDR Federal, Amy is tasked with the supervision, direction, and compliance of all physical and personnel security measures as it relates to the organization and its business practices.
