The company was founded by Irv Ramirez and is headquartered in Beavercreek, Ohio. Mr. Ramirez has been a leader in federal contracting since 1987 and spent most of his 37-year career with CACI, where he was Vice President and Division Manager. Most Recently, Mr. Ramirez was the Sr. Vice President and Group Manager with Peerless Technologies and Chief Operating Officer for Creek Technologies Company.
